Donny Lu

Hi I am Donny. I grew up in Shenzhen and have been tinkering various things for my entire life. For the last year, I've been exploring ideas to fix the manufacturing and supply chain in the United States.

Currently, I am leading the Caltech Robotics Team, where we are building a humanoid, a fully autonomous couch, EVLTO, Battlebots, and embodied robotics.

Previously I worked as a policy intern in the office of Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, worked on using LLM to automate fundamental research, and built theoretical foundations of photonic quantum computers.
